    Good points and advice you have given. We do need to set a standard for our own work and If we are doing it well, there is no reason why we should be paid less than a standard of over 20%.

    Then comes the marketing part! If we are going to do a marketing campaign, we want to make sure we are well compensated for it. There is the money and time factor we must add.

It is your job to be a leader once you sponsor someone, but you have to make sure that you are using your time wisely with them and not allowing it to consume all of the time you would have spent with others.     1. Thank you Kyle. You are so right about that. Most leaders could use your tip. Some time people get carried away with leading. I tell some of my friends work with workers that is the way to go. No need to push rope. Leadership is not designed that way and yes use your time wisely.
